Our Story
I was born and raised in the Capital Region. But as I traveled to cities like NYC and Boston, I realized there was one thing I always wished I could bring back with me: the innovative cafes that give the community an extra spark in their day-to-day bustle.
My goal was simple: to create a space where I didn’t have to travel hours to find an unique boba tea or a dessert that can only be found in Flushing, Queens NY. I wanted to take those big-city inspirations and refine them, focusing on premium ingredients, innovative blends, and a space that feels like a third home; whether you're going to class, to work, on a date, or just to treat yourself.
Our tea shop chooses to create drinks using fresh milk, cream, and bold tea. We opt out of using non dairy powders as the primary dairy source (although it is cheap and thickens the drink very well). We want to let the quality tea, quality dairy fats and housemade simple syrup carry the tea flavors forward. We have a very simple motto: “know what we put into a drink, and not be guilty or afraid to consume it on the daily.”
Every item on our menu is a testament to that. From our selection of Matcha to our Burnt Cheesecake Drink Series, we focus on the craft so you can focus on the moment.
