It consists of a thin mung bean flour pancake, egg, savory sauces (sweet bean, chili), and a crunchy filling (fried crackers), creating a savory, crunchy, and soft texture.

📍 The next generation of bubble tea has arrived in Albany Shops establishing in NYC/Flushing out of China have long switched away from dairy powder as their main source of milk, originally done as a necessity due to lack of access. We strongly agree with this pivot. All of our milk teas use fresh milk, and dairy as the main source for all of our milk teas. The tea’s unique flavor profile gets highlighted very differently when using fresh milk compared to dairy powder. 🍵Our Matcha: so smooth it uses sweetener to bring out the nuanced flavor profile instead of balancing bitterness.
